2. Educational and Informational Purpose
Courses, lessons, market commentary, charts, examples, signals, analysis-room posts, live sessions, social posts and other FORAB materials are provided for general education and information. They are not personalised investment, legal, tax or financial advice and do not take account of your individual circumstances.
No material is an offer, solicitation, instruction or guarantee to buy, sell, manage or hold a financial product. You remain responsible for your own assessment and decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

A website enquiry about trading management does not create an advisory, fiduciary, discretionary-management, agency or profit-sharing relationship. Any such service, if available and lawful, requires separate eligibility checks, risk disclosure and a signed written agreement that defines authority, fees, profit sharing, losses, termination and applicable permissions. Do not transfer funds or account control based only on website or social-media content.
5. FORAB College Accounts
College credentials are personal to the enrolled student and must be kept confidential. Account sharing, resale, recording or unauthorised distribution of course access is prohibited.
Unless FORAB approves otherwise, one account may have one active session at a time. The platform may use session, device, browser and approximate network/location data to detect simultaneous or unusual access. A new login may close a previous session or require verification.
FORAB may restrict or suspend access where there is evidence of sharing, non-payment, misuse, attempted circumvention or a security risk. Genuine access issues can be submitted to support for review.
6. Privacy and Data
FORAB may collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, course interest, feedback, analysis content, payment-verification details and support messages. College operation may also require account identifiers, login timestamps, session tokens, device/browser information and approximate IP-based location data.
Information may be used to answer enquiries, provide and protect services, verify access, prevent abuse, improve learning experiences and meet operational or legal requirements. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and necessary service providers.

7. Payments and All-Sales-Final Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once made. This applies to courses, College access, signals, subscriptions, live sessions, consultations, digital materials and any other paid service, whether or not you later use, attend or complete the service.
Before payment, you are responsible for confirming the service, price, schedule, duration, technical requirements and suitability. Access may begin only after cleared payment and completion of enrolment or verification requirements. Failure to attend, changing your mind, market loss, device or internet issues, account suspension for breach, or dissatisfaction based on trading outcomes does not create a refund right.
A payment may be reviewed only where required by applicable law, where the same transaction was demonstrably charged more than once, or where FORAB confirms in writing that it cannot deliver the purchased service. Any approved exception is limited to the affected amount and does not include third-party fees, exchange-rate differences or losses.
Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting FORAB may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is investigated. Nothing in this section excludes a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
FORAB course materials, branding, videos, charts, written content and portal resources are protected content. Personal enrolment gives only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the purchased material for personal learning.
- Do not copy, record, download, scrape, resell or redistribute materials without written permission.
- Do not share credentials, meeting links or paid content or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not impersonate FORAB, publish misleading performance claims or create unofficial channels using FORAB branding.
- Do not post abusive, unlawful, promotional or knowingly misleading content in community spaces.
FORAB may remove content or restrict access to protect the community, services or legal rights. External platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
